About The Role
This position is part of the Colac Adult & Youth Mental Health Team, delivering integrated mental health, drug and alcohol care to people aged ***** across the Barwon region.
With a strong focus on young people, you will lead the delivery of evidence-based, recovery-oriented care to consumers aged ***** experiencing complex presentations, including co-occurring substance use and homelessness.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based clinical interventions to young people with complex mental health and AOD needsProvide clinical leadership and line management supervision to staff supporting youth consumersSupport integrated care responses addressing comorbidity, psychosocial complexity, and service access barriersActively contribute to team leadership, service innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Colac Adult & Youth TeamWork collaboratively across internal and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated, person-centred care pathways
What We Are Looking For
Experienced clinician in youth mental health, including dual diagnosis (AOD) and complex presentationsProven ability to provide clinical leadership, supervision, and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary teamStrong commitment to recovery-oriented care and supporting vulnerable young people, including those experiencing homelessness
