The opportunityThe Manager: Employee Services leads workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement and payroll services for Toowoomba Catholic Schools.
Working closely with school and office leaders, the role ensures the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused employee services that align with organisational priorities and workforce needs.
The Manager: Employee Services provides expert advice on complex employee matters, oversees service delivery and compliance, drives continuous improvement and fosters strong stakeholder relationships to enhance service outcomes and deliver a positive employee experience.Further information about this role can be obtained from the Role Description.
About YouRelevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related field, with at least five years' experience in a similar senior leadership role.Extensive experience across human resources and payroll including attraction and retention, payroll management, workforce management and reporting.Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.Experience working within the education sector will be desirable.A current class C drivers' licence and the willingness to travel,
