About the Role
As Store Manager / Sales Leader, you will:




Lead from the front in a high-performing retail showroom
Drive sales performance and exceed store targets
Coach, motivate, and develop your sales team
Build strong relationships with customers and repeat clients
Manage store operations, KPIs, and daily performance
Create an energetic, positive, and results-driven culture
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys both selling and leading.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking someone who:
Is highly motivated and target-driven

Has strong communication and people skills
Can coach and develop a sales team
Is organised, reliable, and accountable
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Has a passion for fitness, health, or customer engagement (preferred but not essential)
Important Availability Requirements
Retail weekends are where the action happens.
Saturdays and Sundays are essential working days within this role, as they are our busiest trading periods and provide the greatest opportunity to maximise commission earnings.

We hold the major share of the speciality fitness market in Western Australia & are major supplier in the domestic, corporate & commercial market.
With nearly 30 years experience Orbit Fitness Equipment boasts an extensive range of fitness equipment in terms of both breadth and depth.
Orbit has been consistent in developing its own exclusive range of equipment over the part 10 years.
Hundreds of products are branded Orbit, which include Treadmills, Ellipticals, Exercise bikes, Rowing Machines, Home Gyms, Steppers, Vibration machines, Weight training Benches, Dumbells, Exercise Balls, and much more, making it a well-known fitness brand Australia wide.
