Austral Ag is Toowoomba's newest independent agricultural store, specialising in stock water solutions, horticulture, animal health, feed, fencing, and general agricultural supplies — servicing customers both in-store and online.
Originally founded in the Northern Territory, our wider business has long-established operations trading as Northern Stock Water in Cloncurry, Darwin, and Katherine.
Austral Ag is the newest addition to our growing rural business network.
We're building more than just a retail store — we're building a brand that connects with rural Australia and the people who live and work on the land.
We're now looking for a hands-on Content Creator & Marketing Assistant to help tell those stories through authentic content, social media, photography, videography, and ecommerce support.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out on farms, in-store, at events, and on the road creating real, engaging content that reflects the rural lifestyle and agricultural industry.
About the Role & Key ResponsibilitiesThis is a content first role with a mix of social media, photography, videography and creative marketing support.
You'll spend time both in store and on location creating authentic content that showcases rural life and our products.
If you enjoy storytelling through photos and video, love social media and want to build your skills in marketing, we'd love to hear from you.
Marketing experience is welcome but not essential.
We're happy to teach the right person.
Some local travel and occasional weekend work may be required when attending agricultural events or filming on customer properties.

About YouWe're looking for someone who:Loves creating content and being creativeEnjoys photography, videography or social mediaHas a valuable eye for capturing engaging contentIs comfortable talking with customers and filming on locationIs organised, reliable and willing to learnEnjoys working both independently and as part of a teamHas a current driver's licenceA rural, farming or country lifestyle background would be highly regarded, but isn't essential if you have a genuine interest in agriculture.
