We are currently seeking a dedicatedKitchen
Handto join the team providing support services at the
Kingsley Aged Care home.
This role is offered on aPermanent
Part-Timebasis, providing a great prospect to
enjoy consistent weekend hours while making a meaningful
contribution to our residents.
You will work8 hours per
weekacrossSaturday and Sunday,from
*****am to 2.00pm
About You
Possess a passion for or previous experience working as a
Kitchen Hand, ideally in an aged care, hospital or similar
workplace
Have a 'can do' attitude and a genuine compassion for our
residents
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Ability to work both independently and as part of a
team
Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police
Clearance (or willingness to apply for one)
The Role
Ensuring responsible work practices of food preparation,
kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
Ensuring required ingredients are available daily
Assisting in the preparation and serving of meals
Maintaining all utensils, equipment,



work benches and
general surrounds in a clean and safe condition
Collecting and washing pots, pans, crockery and
cutlery
