Job Description
We're seeking an experiencedGeneral Manager - Service Deliveryto lead operational performance across our Employment Services division.
Reporting to the Divisional Executive General Manager, you'll drive strategic performance, lead a team of Senior Operations Managers, oversee commercial outcomes, and build strong relationships with government stakeholders.
You'll play a key role in ensuring exceptional participant outcomes while delivering on contractual, quality and financial objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading national service delivery across our IEA and WFA contract
Driving contractual, compliance and quality outcomes
Delivery exceptional service to our clients
Developing and leading high-performing teams
Building strong relationships with government and key stakeholders
Managing divisional budgets, growth and profitability
Supporting innovation, transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications




You'll bring:
Significant leadership experience in Employment Services
Strong commercial and operational management capability
Proven success leading large, geographically dispersed teams
Experience managing government-funded contracts and performance frameworks
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
A passion for developing people and delivering meaningful client outcomes
Ability to lead, inspire and engage a large team of **** team members nationally
