Our Bendigo dental centre is seeking a friendly, organised and professional Dental Receptionist / Assistant to be the welcoming face of our practice.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys patient interaction, thrives in a busy front-desk environment, and wants weekday hours with weekends free.

What You'll Be Doing
Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impressionManaging appointment bookings and dentist diariesHandling phone, email and in-centre enquiriesProcessing payments and private health fund claimsAssisting with chair-side and sterilisation duties as neededSupporting general administration and daily clinic operationsWorking closely with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient journey

About You
Reception or customer service experience (healthcare experience advantageous but not essential)Flexibility to assist as a Dental Assistant across chair-side and sterilisationStrong communication and organisational skillsConfident using computer systems and managing bookingsProfessional, reliable and patient-focusedA positive, team-first attitude
