Metro North Health is seeking a part time Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist to deliver transdisciplinary screening, assessment, intervention and care coordination for frail, elderly patients at RBWH IMAC.
The role focuses on improving patient flow and timely access to allied health services to facilitate discharge, including weekends.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, build internal and external networks, and contribute to service planning and evaluation to shape future MFIT
