Key Responsibilities
Develop and Inspire– Lead and support our team through ongoing training, mentorship, and motivation.
Drive Retail Excellence– Ensure compliance across all retail standards while keeping the team informed on current products and initiatives.
Engage with Customers– Deliver exceptional service, providing expert advice across general pharmacy, beauty, and fragrance categories.
