In view of our retail business expansion, we are looking for passionate and experienced individuals to join our agile team in, Australia, Sydney.
If you have a strong background in luxury retail, excellent leadership skills, and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing daily store operations, managing manpower planning, and driving team performance to achieve overall sales targets.
Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in leading the team to achieve sales targets and budgets
Assist to oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
Coach and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service and foster strong customer relationships
Drive staff development through ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations
Handle customer enquiries and complaints, providing professional solutions and feedback
Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimum stock availability
Ensure merchandise displays and visual standards are in line with corporate guidelines
Prepare staff rosters, sales reports, and other retail-related documentation
Collaborate with internal departments, including Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Human Resources, and Training when necessary
Requirements Responsibilities:
Minimum 7 years of retail sales experience in which at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial level; preferably in luxury retail industry
Strong in store operations, sales & service, people management and training experience
Reliable with strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluent in English; fluency in additional languages such as Mandarin is an advantage
Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
