This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll manage a property portfolio while building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
You'll be supported by a collaborative team and structured processes that allow you to focus on delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end management of a residential property portfolio
Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
Marketing properties for lease
Tenant inductions, entry condition reports and bond lodgements
Routine inspections, rental arrears, maintenance coordination and breach management
Lease renewals,



rent reviews, tenancy terminations and exit condition reports

Skills and Attributes
Strong administration, computer and communication skills

A genuine interest in property and client service
A current driver's licence
Experience as a Property Manager or in real estate is highly regarded, as is holding (or working towards) a Real Estate Certificate or Licence.
Applicants new to real estate but keen to upskill and complete the required registration course are also encouraged to apply.
