What You Will Be Doing
The Opportunities: Full-Time, PermanentHours: Monday to Friday | 7:00 am starterResponsibilities:Transport general freight to support our Cairns Branch and surrounding community with excellent customer serviceComplete necessary paperwork, including pre-start checks, run sheets, PODs, and logbooksUtilize IT platforms such as PDAs to scan freight and capture live signaturesPerform manual handling tasks, including opening/closing gates and pulling curtainsFollow established standards, procedures, and safety regulations to ensure smooth and accurate deliveriesWork within a steady, methodical pace to maintain accuracy and high-quality work output

The weekly attendance payment referenced for this role is available exclusively to full‐time employees and is subject to strict eligibility criteria.
Eligibility requires the employee to:
Attend all contracted and rostered shifts in accordance with a standard 38‐hour work week; andComplete four (4) consecutive weeks of employment without any occurrence of unplanned leave, regardless of reason.
Provided these conditions are fully satisfied, the eligible weekly attendance payment of $***** will be processed and paid as part of the employee's pay cycle in the fifth (5th) week of employment.
Qualifications
What You Need:
Previous experience in the transport industry or previous truck driving (desirable)Current licensed HR Driver who has some MR/LR driving experienceCurrent Forklift License and experience (desirable)Ability to pass a pre-employment Medical,



including a drug and alcohol screenAbility to complete a Criminal History Check (upon successful interview stage)A professional mindset with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to meeting goalsAbility to work consistently with a focus on producing high-quality, detailed work based on established guidelines, standards, and proceduresComfortable in a stable environment, working with repetitive routines and well-defined processesAbility to collaborate with peers and management to ensure efficient, error-free work
