As a Technical Services Engineer,you will provide technical engineering support and advice to the National Jet Systems CAMO function.
You'll play a key role in enhancing the technical condition of our Airbus A220 aircraft and components, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while driving reliability and cost-effective outcomes across the fleet.
You'll have:
5+ years' experience in a technical aviation or engineering environment
Qualifications in aircraft engineering or a related discipline (AME, LAME, engineering degree or equivalent)
Experience within a commercial aircraft environment (Airbus commercial aircraft exposure highly advantageous)
Solid working knowledge of CASR Part 42, 21J and 21M regulations
Proven ability to investigate defects, analyse trends and improve reliability outcomes




Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret Instructions for Continuing Airworthiness
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Key responsibilities include:
Liaising with OEMs to support effective modification and repair outcomes
Conducting engineering assessments and translating ICAs into actionable maintenance solutions
Investigating repetitive defects and reliability trends, providing recommendations for improvement
Supporting maintenance operations with technical troubleshooting and defect resolution
Participating in reliability programs and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Ensuring compliance with CASA regulations and internal safety and quality standards
Preparing and maintaining accurate technical records and reports
