MEAT PRODUCITON - KNIFE HAND - 1 position
MEAT PRODUCTION - SAW PERSON - 1 position
We are currently looking for a Knife HandANDa Saw Person, both with experience in both wholesale and retail butchering (preferred).
Experience in portion cutting is an advantage.
These are full time positions located in Bassendean.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
Bandsaw work
Slicing and dicing of product – by hand and machine
Portion control slicing
We expect all our employees to display a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
We also expect a high level of professionalism in all aspects of your employment.
Job Criteria
Able and willing to work in a cold environment
Able and willing to perform repetitive tasks – especially saw work
Ability to cleanly and efficiently butcher meat to given specification
Fit and active – ability to lift and move cartons up to 27.5kg
Reliable transport available
Attention to detail
Ability to understand and follow directions
Solid work ethic
Legal rights to work in Australia
Opportunity to work a 4 day week for the right person
