The Chance
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will provide strategic direction across a multi-office Property Management division, partnering closely with executive leadership to enhance performance, consistency, and service delivery.
You'll lead experienced Property Management professionals, support operational growth, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of an already successful business.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership, mentoring and support to Property Management teams across multiple office locations.
Coach and develop leadership within the department to maximise team performance.
Drive operational excellence through process improvement and system optimisation.
Ensure consistent service standards across all offices.
Oversee the performance of a large residential management portfolio (without managing your own portfolio).
Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and industry best practice.




Provide guidance on complex tenancy matters and risk management.
Participate in executive leadership meetings, strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
Travel between offices throughout the Illawarra region to support and engage with teams.
About You
Previous experience as aHead of Property Management(essential).
A current NSW Real Estate Licence.
Demonstrated success leading high-performing Property Management teams across multiple locations.
Strong operational and strategic leadership capability.
Extensive knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and Property Management legislation.
Outstanding communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
A passion for building culture, improving systems and developing people.
