Hours of work
The majority of shifts available for full-time and casual drivers are worked as split shifts.
Split shifts work by providing two portions of work to cover peak service times morning and afternoon/evening.
Please note the below periods are a general time frame in which a split shift portion may operate, durations of shifts vary.
All shifts comply with National Heavy Vehicle Regulations and the applicable Enterprise Agreement.
Morning: 5:00am - 11:30am
Afternoon/evening: 2:00pm - 8:00pm
Outside of these hours you can leave the depot to head home or run errands, or you can choose to stay at the depot and take advantage of our driver facilities.
There are also some straight shifts that may be available with shifts starting at varied times of the day, from morning, afternoon or evenings.

All depots operate seven days per week with most weekend work available as overtime.
Eligibility to apply
A current and valid driver's licence (Medium Rigid or Heavy Rigid Licence highly desired but not essential).
A positive driving history⯠
Strong communication and customer service skillsâ ̄â ̄â ̄
Willing toâ ̄undergoâ ̄a pre-employment medical check,â ̄criminal history checkâ ̄and working with children check.

Have a currentâ ̄Large Passenger (LP) accreditation is highly desiredâ ̄(or be willing to obtain one)
