As a Youth Support Worker, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding participants toward sustainable education and employment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
In this energetic and purpose-driven role, you'll:
Deliver high-quality case management with a focus on individual goals and barriers to employmentBuild strong relationships with participants, employers, and community stakeholdersMarket clients effectively to match them with suitable employment opportunitiesDrive performance through KPI achievement, ensuring targets are met and exceededCollaborate with your team to share insights, celebrate wins, and support each other to achieve great outcomes and drive performance
