About the Role
We are seeking an organised and customer‐focusedOffice Administrator / Schedulerto join our team.
This is a critical on‐site role supporting our Frame & Truss team, ensuring projects are scheduled, managed, and communicated effectively from order to delivery.
This role is primarily basedon site at our Wangaratta locationand requires a 5 day on-site attendance.
As the Office Administrator / Scheduler, you will be the central point of coordination between internal teams and customers.
You will manage job scheduling, invoicing, and administration while maintaining strong relationships with builders and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate frame and truss jobs from confirmation through to delivery
Support Estimators and Detailers with job progression and workflow coordination
Manage job administration, includinginvoicing and documentation
Act as a key point of contact for builders and customers
Proactively identify issues and providesolutions‐focused outcomes
Maintain accurate records and manage competing deadlines
Supporting our finance team with ongoing admin tasks
What You Bring
Previous experience in a scheduling, coordination, or a admin‐heavy role within construction, manufacturing, or building materials (highly regarded)
Previous experience working with payroll systems (highly regarded)
Strongcustomer relations focuswith excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organised, with the ability tomultitask and manage multiple deadlines
Proficient in using the full Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus onExcel
Confident handling invoicing, job tracking, and high‐volume administration
A proactive problem solver with a calm and skilled approach
A supportive team player who works well with others but also can work independently
