Key Responsibilities
Lead daily Food & Beverage operations across restaurant, bar, poolside and eventsMotivate, support and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest serviceAssist with rostering, recruitment, onboarding and payroll processesWork closely with kitchen and events teams to ensure seamless service deliveryMaintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service qualityManage guest feedback with professionalism and careSupport stock control, ordering and inventory management
