About the Role
McGrath Bendigo is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team.
This is a quick-paced, varied role that sits at the heart of our sales operations — if you thrive on getting the details right and love being the person who keeps everything moving, this could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Be Doing
Issuing and managing sales contracts with precision and accuracy.
Liaising with conveyancers, suppliers and external stakeholders to ensure smooth campaigns.
Coordinating and tracking marketing campaigns across print and digital.
Arranging vendor-paid marketing funding and managing associated documentation.
Supporting our sales agents with day-to-day administrative needs.
Maintaining a structured and proactive follow-up process with clients and third parties.
Managing data entry and database integrity across our CRM systems.
Keeping campaigns on track from listing through to settlement.
Ensuring our clients are cared for to a McGrath standard.
About You




Exceptionally detail-oriented — you catch things others miss.
Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
A confident communicator, comfortable dealing with clients, agents and legal professionals.
Must hold a current Agent's Representative qualification (CPP***** Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice) or equivalent.
Previous experience in real estate, legal, conveyancing or a fast-paced admin role is highly regarded.
Proficiency in CRM systems.
A team player who takes ownership of their responsibilities.
