About the Role & Key Responsibilities:Handling new enquiries, itinerary planning, changes, and quotesBooking flights, tours, cruises, packages, insurance and moreManaging supplier communication, payments, and documentationBuilding and maintaining long-term client relationshipsConfidently cross-selling and upselling travel optionsProviding excellent customer service at every touchpoint

Skills & Qualifications:Leisure travel consultant experience,



ideally in a retail store environmentAmadeus GDS preferred or strong airfare knowledge (not essential)Good office skillsCustomer service skills, ideally in-person and over the phoneStrong airfare knowledgeEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Non‐Experienced Candidates are encouraged to applyPreferred sales skills and qualifications suitableExperience in high‐performing sales roles (retail, real estate, hospitality, call centre, B2B, etc.)Proven conversion results in a fast‐paced environmentConfidence, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethicWillingness to learn, be coached, and grow within the travel industry
