Looking for staff- Supporting Hands Care is seeking a compassionate, reliable Support Worker to join our dedicated team.
This is animmediate-startopportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment and is available across weekdays and weekends.
Hours:5-25 hours/week | Casual | Versatile across 7 days
As a support worker you'll be making a real difference every day — providing personalised care and support to people with diverse needs.
Whether it's helping someone get out and about, supporting with daily tasks, or just being a friendly face they can rely on, your role will be all about empowering others to live life on their terms.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting clients with their daily routines and activities
Encouraging independence and building confidence
Providing emotional and social support
Assisting with personal care and mobility (when needed)
Helping clients stay connected with their community
What we're looking for:
A kind heart and a positive attitude
Experience in Mental Health
Great communication and people skills




Relevant qualifications (or willingness to obtain them)
NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR, and Driver's Licence
Experience is awesome, but passion and empathy go a long way!
