We are seeking a Site Manager to join our SA Construction business and take a key leadership role.
This is an opportunity for a seasoned delivery leader to drive construction excellence, uplift site performance, and build capability within a high‐performing team.
Partnering closely with the Senior Site Manager and broader construction leadership, you'll set the tone for site culture, champion Zero Harm, and ensure our delivery frameworks are applied to the highest standard.
You will lead a team of Supervisors and EHS, providing strong mentorship, technical direction, and decisive operational leadership.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.Management of site operations, including all internal staff and subcontractorsProgramme management, sequencing,



and coordination to ensure timely project deliveryDrive site safety, ensuring full compliance with WHS requirementsOversee QA & QC across all trades, ensuring high-end finishes and quality standardsLead daily site operations, meetings, and reportingManage all on-site communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractor
To Be Successful, You Will Need
Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager delivering complex projects, within a Tier 1 Commercial Buildings Project or similar.Strong understanding of construction sequencing, trades coordination and program delivery.A leadership style that inspires, influences and builds capability.Excellent communication, problem‐solving and stakeholder management skills.Commitment to safety, quality, teamwork and Lendlease values.Ability to thrive in a rapid‐paced environment while balancing competing priorities across multiple projects.
