About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Program Scheduler to support the planning, scheduling and delivery of a diverse portfolio of maintenance, construction and response programs.
Reporting to the Director, you will work closely with delivery teams and key stakeholders to ensure projects are effectively scheduled, resources are optimally allocated and program objectives are achieved.Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project schedules to support the delivery of construction and maintenance programs.
Coordinate resource allocation across current and future projects to meet delivery timeframes and priorities.
Work closely with apprenticeship and delivery teams to schedule work activities and support training outcomes.
Prepare and maintain program dashboards and reports to track project progress, resource utilisation and key milestones.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent scheduling practices and accurate project reporting.
Regularly review and update schedules, identify resourcing issues and escalate risks where required.
Liaise with delivery teams and stakeholders to support effective planning, forecasting and program delivery.
Monitor project pipelines and assist with workforce planning to ensure resources are used effectively across multiple programs.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Proven experience usingMicrosoft Project Professional, Project Web App, or equivalent scheduling software.
Strong construction, infrastructure, maintenance or project delivery scheduling experience, using construction management methodologies.
Ability to interpret complex project information from a variety of sources and translate it into accurate and practical schedules with advanced skills in data processing and manipulation.
Relevant project management or construction management experience (highly desirable)
