Position Overview:Due to future business growth we are continually seeking dedicated, experienced and problem-solving Registered Nurses (RNs).
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in revolutionising community nursing by leveraging your diverse experiences across various fields.
As a semi-autonomous professional, you will have the opportunity to make life-affecting decisions with the support of other highly experienced and passionate RNs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialised nursing care within the community setting.
Collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver person-centered care.
Assess and address the unique needs and priorities of each client.
Make impactful decisions to improve the quality of life for those in our care.
Work closely with experienced RNs to ensure the highest standard of care.
Maintain detailed and high-level reporting.
Understanding of home-care funding and other restraints in the community sector
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)



or equivalent.
Current Nursing Registration
Minimum of 5 years of diverse nursing experience across different fields.
Strong understanding of person-centered care principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
