About the Role ...
Join our friendly and supportive 6-person Feed Mill team, responsible for producing poultry feed across our operations.
This is a hands-on role involving:
Batching and operating plant equipment
Scheduling deliveries
Troubleshooting breakdowns
Assisting with repairs and maintenance
Based at our Mt Cotton site, you'll report directly to the Feed Mill Manager.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work
Rotating Day and Night shifts starting and finishing 6am and 6pm respectively
Overtime required as part of operations (paid at double time)
This is a 24/7 industry, so flexibility is essential.
About you ...
To be successful, you will have:
Current forklift licence
Confined space entry licence
Strong mechanical aptitude
Hands-on, practical approach
Commitment to health, safety and environmental standards
Good communication and teamwork skills
Problem-solving ability
Flexible attitude
Driver's licence and reliable transport
Physical capability for manual tasks
