We are on the hunt for a Restaurant Manager to join our Zam fam!
About Us
We are Zambrero.
Australia's largest Mexican franchise offering healthy, fresh food while fighting world hunger.
We are a quick-service restaurant that offers tasty burritos, bowls, nachos, and tacos filled with homemade guac and other goodies.
For you, that means you will always work with yummy fresh ingredients that won't leave you smelling like you just came from work.
Our restaurants are open day and night so you can be flexible and keep up your work, school and play.
But we are not just a healthy quick-service restaurant!
We also donate one meal to someone in need for every bowl or burrito bought at Zambrero through our Plate 4 Plate initiative.
What You'll Do
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for setting the highest standard in all areas of the restaurant including the customer experience, the workplace culture, and the financial results.
Managing your team, including hiring, training, performance reviews, rostering, and resolving any employee issues including grievancesEnsuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard.Ordering of stock from various suppliersOffice administration duties such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll, and reviewing policiesCompiling, preparing, and maintaining profit and loss statements, budgets,



and cost controls with regard to cost of goods and labourManaging daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room, and general restaurantEnsuring safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that employees are effectively trained in Workplace Health and Safety
