About the Role
Care Circle is seeking a compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS participants.
This role involves assisting withpersonal careandcommunity access, supporting participants to live as independently and confidently as possible.
You will work closely with participants, families, and the Care Circle team to deliver supports that promote dignity, choice, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care support in line with individual support plans
Assist participants with daily living activities
Support community access, including outings, appointments, and social activities
Promote participant independence, dignity, and choice
Safely assist with mobility and transfers when required
Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation
Work collaboratively with families, allied health professionals, and internal teams
Essential Requirements
Previous experience as a Disability Support Worker or in a similar role
Demonstrated ability to provide personal care support
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Working With Children Check (if applicable)
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
Desirable Skills & Attributes
Experience supporting participants with physical or psychosocial disabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, patient, and empathetic approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work across varying shifts
