About the Role
As Centre Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the service while inspiring your team to deliver excellence in early education.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing team of educators
Managing centre operations in line with company policies, compliance requirements and financial targets
Building strong relationships with families, children and the wider community
Driving occupancy through local engagement, community partnerships and strategic marketing initiatives
Supporting the centre to achieve and maintain Meeting or Exceeding outcomes under the National Quality Standard
Creating a positive, inclusive and engaging culture where both children and team members thrive
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:




A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Proven experience as a Centre Manager within an early childhood setting
A current Working with Children Check
Strong leadership and people development skills
Experience managing compliance, operational performance and occupancy targets
A passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for children, families and educators
