The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced, all-around Commercial Cleaner to join our team on a permanent basis.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, scrubbing and mopping floors, walls, ceilings and other surfaces.
Cleaning and sanitising offices, commercial premises, amenities, kitchens and common areas.
Cleaning windows,



glass partitions, fixtures and fittings.
Emptying rubbish bins and disposing of waste in accordance with workplace procedures.
Replenishing cleaning supplies, toiletries and consumables.
Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and machinery.
Using cleaning chemicals and products safely and in accordance with workplace health and safety requirements.
Reporting maintenance issues, hazards or damage identified during cleaning activities.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across all assigned work areas.
Mandatory Applicant Requirements:
Qualifications:Must hold an AQF Certificate I or have completed secondary education.
Experience:A minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated, relevant commercial cleaning experience.
Transport:You must possess a current, valid driver's license and own a reliable personal vehicle to travel between job sites daily.
Availability:Must be available to work full-time hours (day and evening).
Clearances:Applicants must provide a current Federal Police Check and hold a valid Blue Card.
Language Requirements:Applicants not born in Australia, must present evidence of having successfully achieved an overall IELTS score of 5.
Probation Period:The applicant will need to successfully complete trial cleans during a 1-week probation period.
