POSITION DESCRIPTION:Wiltshire Swain are looking for an experienced Graduate of Architecture or Architectural Technician with exceptional communication, coordination and drafting skills and keen eye for design detail and documentation.
With an eagerness to socialise and a keen sense of humour, you may also be fuelled by our shared appreciation for good food, travel, sport, music and time out for a coffee break.
We are seeking a motivated team member who is willing to learn and grow with our business, with plenty of room to develop as you work towards formal Registration if desired.
You'll work closely with our architects, designers and directors, gaining exposure to projects from concept through to completion, while developing your documentation, coordination and communication skills.
Utilise our strong platform and mentoring support to progress your career, and take advantage of the chance to develop your skills across a variety of roles and projects to always keep things interesting.
You will liaise directly with our team, clients, project managers and consultants, and should bring an enthusiastic, independent and inquisitive problem-solving attitude, along with a willingness to collaborate and ask questions to find the solution.
This is preferably a full-time, Adelaide CBD studio-based role operating during normal business hours, with the ability to accommodate flexible working arrangements including opting into our 9-day working fortnight.
We support our employees for the long term, rather than a quick fix or short term solution.

QUALIFICATIONS + SKILLS:Tertiary Qualification: Professional Degree in Architecture or Diploma in DraftingMinimum 2+ years of professional experienceProficiency with design documentation in Autodesk Revit (AutoCAD, Sketchup and Enscape would be a bonus)Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel/OutlookExcellent and explicit communication and presentation skills, both verbal and writtenExperience in briefing, documentation, technical detailing, consultant coordinationEye for detail and ability to adhere to our high quality standards and QA processesAbility to manage your time across tasks and support multiple projectsProactive, approachable, sociable and a team player
