About the role:
Due to continued business growth, we are looking to expand our Accounts team by adding another experienced and motivatedAccounts Administrator.
This role will support the day-to-day finance and administrative functions of the business, with responsibilities across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and general office administration.
Expected Job Tasks & Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Carry out Accounts Payable functions, including supplier invoice processing and payments.




Carry out Accounts Receivable functions, including invoicing, payment allocations and account follow-up.
Assist with bank reconciliations and general finance administration.
Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and wider administration team.
Assist with reception duties and provide administration cover as required.
Coordinate office supplies, stationery and uniform ordering.
Maintain professional relationships with clients, suppliers and team members.
Contribute to the effective day-to-day operation of the office and support the wider team as required
