About the role
Alinora Chiropractic is seeking a Chiropractic Receptionist to join our welcoming team at our Canning Vale location on acasual basis.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a crucial part in creating a positive experience and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.
This position is essential to maintaining our professional standards and supporting our chiropractors in delivering exceptional patient care.
What we're looking for
Proven experience and proficiency using Cliniko practice management software (Essential)
Minimum 1 year of experience as a medical or clinic receptionist (Essential)
Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and professional with patients of all ages
A friendly, welcoming demeanour and genuine interest in supporting patient wellbeing
Reliability and flexibility to work casual shifts as required
What you'll be doing
Greeting patients with a warm and professional manner upon arrival at the clinic
Managing patient check-ins and check-outs using our clinic management system
Scheduling and confirming patient appointments, including follow-up calls and reminders
Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
Processing patient payments and invoicing using clinic software
Performing general administrative tasks including filing, data entry and correspondence




Assisting with basic office organisation and clinic operations as required
