Responsibilities:
Welcome customers with a friendly, reassuring voice that instantly puts them at ease.
Follow our proven process while adding your own warmth and personality.
Listen deeply,



understand their needs, and tailor each conversation to them.
Keep calls positive and light, sometimes chatting about what they'd rather be doing.
Use Scheduling software to manage each customer's journey with precision and care.
Work closely with the team to make the entire service process smooth and enjoyable.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust organisational and time management abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
A positive and customer-centric attitude.
Monday-Friday position with optional Saturday work at 1.5x hourly rate.
Work Hours:
Monday: 8:30am-5:00pm
Tuesday-Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm
