Job description:
WE'RE HIRING - LABOURERS WANTED
We're expanding our team and looking for reliable, hard-working labourers to join our crew.
What we do:
We install edge protection and safety systems on residential construction sites.
This includes guardrails, void protection, and platform setups to keep sites protected for other trades.
Work structure:
5 days per week (Monday-Friday)
+ Optional Saturdays - and there is always Saturday
work available
6:00 AM starts at Yard
* Finish times vary - we aim for around 3:00/4:00
(we reward efficiency)
Pay:
Starting from $30-$40
+ Super paid on top
This is on wages - not ABN
Bonus systems in place for the right people
Trial period:
This role starts with a 2 week trial to make sure we're a good fit on both sides.
Requirements:
* Must have White Card
* Must have own transport
*Carry 30kg+
*Physically fit
* Reliable - show up every day on time and ready to work.
Comfortable working at heights
Fast paced environment
Good attitude and willing to learn.
