As we continue to expand our Urban business into South Australia, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to help establish and grow our presence in the local land development market.
Reporting to the Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of urban development projects while helping establish BildGroup's reputation, client relationships and project delivery capability across South Australia.

Lead the delivery of urban development and land subdivision projectsManage project budgets, programs, resources and profitabilityBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholdersIdentify and secure future project opportunities within the South Australian marketEstablish and develop high-performing project delivery teamsMentor and develop Engineers and emerging Project ManagersDrive a strong safety-first culture across all project activitiesEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
What You'll Bring
Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering,
Construction Management or a related disciplineExperience delivering land development and civil construction projectsStrong commercial and financial management capabilityProven leadership experience managing project teams and subcontractorsExcellent stakeholder and client relationship skillsAbility to identify opportunities and contribute to business growthStrong knowledge of safety, quality and environmental requirements
