ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Current Working with Children Card
Current First Aid [HTLAID012] in an Education and Care setting [includes asthma and anaphylaxis] or willing to obtain
Qualification ofDiploma of Children's Services,



Early Childhood Teacheror equivalent, for the right person we may consider working towards this qualification
Extensive skills, knowledge and experience with the Education and Services National Law and Regulations [WA]
Effective leadership, people management skills and the ability to work unassisted
Reliable and displays emotional maturity and resilience
High level of communication skills, both verbal and written
Working rights in Australia and willing to undertake background checks
Can work rotating shifts between 6:30am to 6:00pm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Adhere and facilitate the Education and Care Services National Regulations and Law (WA)
Adhere and facilitate the National Quality Framework with your own inspiring ideas
Develop an inspiring Curriculumand room workplace
Adhere, review, and facilitate policies and procedures.
