OUR CURRENT DSW OPPORTUNITIES INCLUDE:
Tweed Heads - Community Support
We're seeking an experienced support worker, ideally female, to provide individualised support to a young adult with complex environmental and healthcare considerations.
This role requires someone who can respond effectively to young-adult behaviours, and comfortably adapt between calm emotional support, educational and life skill development, and active community participation.
Building rapport, maintaining professional boundaries and relating naturally to a young adult will be essential.
The right person will be patient, emotionally intelligent, adaptable and genuinely invested in helping someone work towards greater independence, educational and personal goals.
Labrador - Day Program Support Worker
This role would suit someone who enjoys variety and brings energy, creativity and initiative to their work.
Experience is valued, however we are also open to the right entry-level applicant who demonstrates maturity, excellent communication skills and a genuine willingness to learn.
You'll work with participants with diverse support needs, including complex behaviours, so resilience, adaptability and confidence are important.
Every day is different, and you'll need to think on your feet while remaining calm, qualified and participant-focused.
Supported Independent Living & In-Home Support – Southport to Brisbane
These roles suit experienced disability support professionals who understand that quality support extends to actively implementing participant's formal care plans every day and goes beyond simply completing daily tasks.
We're looking for people who can confidently lead within the home, create a positive and professional culture,



mentor others by example, maintain high standards of documentation and NDIS compliance, and actively identify opportunities to improve service delivery for our clients.
You'll take ownership of your work, contribute ideas, communicate effectively with participants, families and colleagues, and genuinely care about achieving the best outcomes for the people we support.
You'll be a key part of a team that helps participants build connection, confidence, and community whether that's at the day program, at home, or out exploring the community doing the things they love.
Where this can take you: Team members who excel in this role will be considered for progression into higher-responsibility roles as our team grows across the region.

· Solid industry knowledge and the confidence to support participants and mentor peers
· A genuine commitment to inclusive, affirming support: you respect and celebrate diversity in all its forms, and bring a culturally safe, non-judgemental approach when working with LGBTQIA+ participants and colleagues.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
· Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent (AIN/EEN welcomed; RN encouraged for clinical roles)
· Minimum 12 months' relevant experience in disability or aged care support
· NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
· Current First Aid and CPR certification
· NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificates
· A recent National Police Check
· A valid driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
· Flexibility for contributing to a rotating 24/7 roster, 7 days a week
· Confidence using a personal device for shift reporting - FlowLogic
· Unrestricted working rights in Australia
· Strong computer, communication, and interpersonal skills
