As we continue to grow, we're looking for aParts Interpreterto join our Northam team.
Working with industry-leading brands includingJCB, Horsch, and a range of premium agricultural equipment, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers and service department.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, youll be responsible for:
Assisting customers with parts enquiries by phone, email and in person.
Identifying and interpreting parts requirements accurately and efficiently.
Preparing quotations, purachase orders and processing parts sales.
Supporting workshop technicians with parts identification and procurement.
Managing stock levels,



ordering and inventory control.
Receiving and dispatching parts.
Maintaining accurate inventory and system records.
Building strong relationships with farmers, contractors and rural businesses.
Contributing to a professional, customer-focused branch environment.
What We're Looking For:
Preffably a background or knowledge in:
Agricultural machinery
Heavy diesel equipment
Automotive parts
Truck or earthmoving equipment
Mechanical trades or workshop environments
Ideally, you'll have:
Previous parts interpreting or customer service experience.
Solid computer and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A willingness to learn product knowledge and technical systems.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and a commitment to great customer service.
