Our Story
Little National Hotel Adelaide is the newest addition to DOMA Hotels' growing portfolio.
Located on North Terrace in the heart of the CBD, the 237-room hotel was designed by Bates Smart with interiors by Luchetti Krelle - bringing a new luxury offering to Adelaide.

About the role
Working in a dynamic and guest-focused environment, theNight Manageris responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel during overnight hours.
As the senior leader on duty overnight, the Night Manager creates a safe and memorable experience for guests while overseeing Front Office operations, supporting the night team, and managing any issues that arise.
The Night Manager leads by example, mentors overnight team members, and makes confident decisions to maintain exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and hotel security.
This role is responsible for completing end of day financial procedures, ensuring compliance with hotel policies, and responding effectively to emergencies.
TheNight Managerwill be trained as a Fire Warden and hold current RSA and First Aid certification.
We are seeking a motivated and approachable leader with a passion for hospitality, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences while managing hotel operations independently overnight.
Key Responsibilities include:
Complete the Night Audit process, including balancing daily revenue, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports
Effectively manage guest enquiries, requests, complaints and emergency situations with professionalism and sound judgement.
Effective handling of all guest feedback and being accountable for communicating guest needs;
Motivation to build strong rapport with guests and colleagues through effective communication;
Provide employees with training to understand expectations and perform job responsibilities;
Leading service excellence operations of the Front Office within the Hotel.
Key Skills/Qualifications
Current training & certificates: RSA and First Aid
Knowledge and skills at a level adequate to train the Night Audit Team
Experience completing Night Audit procedures and financial reconciliation.
Previous experience in hotel Front Office or Night Audit operations, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
Advanced time management skills and ability to manage other competing priorities
Leadership and mentoring capabilities to build an inclusive and supportive team
Ability work under minimal supervision and maintain the confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data
Excellent personal presentation and presence
Willingness and ability to exceed expectations
Flexibility to work overnight, weekends and public holidays as required
Understanding of IT applications: Opera PMS, Micros and Microsoft software
