Due to continued growth, we're looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our Finance team based at our Luscombe Head Office.
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you'll gain exposure across our manufacturing, construction and hire divisions, making this a varied role with the opportunity to broaden your finance experience while building a long-term career with a stable, global organisation.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Accounts Payable Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring supplier invoices, reconciliations and payments are processed accurately and on time while providing outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
Processing supplier invoices and maintaining vendor accounts
Assisting with daily banking activities
Preparing weekly payment runs for approval
Reviewing manual entries prior to processing and payment
Investigating and resolving supplier invoice and reconciliation queries
Processing overseas supplier payments, including intercompany invoices
Verifying supplier references and contractor compliance
Assisting with internal and external audit requirements
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced finance environment and takes pride in delivering accurate work and excellent customer service.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
Minimum two years' experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable position
Experience using a large ERP system such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards or similar
Certificate IV in Business (desirable)
Construction industry experience (highly regarded but not essential)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational, administrative and computer skills
The ability to prioritise competing deadlines and manage multiple tasks
A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
