Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.
The Dietetics team at NHW deliver care to all admitted programs including Medical, Surgical, ICU and dialysis wards, as well as to specialist clinics, community health and community rehabilitation teams and aged care facilities.
This particular position is within our Community Health and Specialist Clinics teams (outpatients) and day to day would be supported by a multidisciplinary team.
Confidence and clinical experience in home enteral nutrition, diabetes, paediatric feeding and/or eating disorders would be considered an advantage.
