Role Overview
As an Assistant Manager, you will support a healthcare banker and portfolio to deliver strategic and operational priorities.
Working closely with Relationship Managers and key stakeholders, you will contribute to portfolio management, financial analysis, and risk outcomes while ensuring high-quality service delivery to commercial and high-net-worth clients.
Key responsibilities:
Support Relationship Managers in managing client portfolios
Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate client documentation in line with compliance requirements
Analyse financial statements, cash flow forecasts and complex reports
Assist with credit assessments and structured lending activities
Identify and escalate risks in line with frameworks and policies
Collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless client experience
Contribute to business performance and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & ExperienceStrong credit analysis capability including financial statement interpretation
Exposure to lending structures and deal execution
Understanding of risk frameworks and compliance requirements
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, business or similar
