About the Role As a Site Labourer, you'll play an important role in supporting our site teams to deliver quality commercial construction projects safely and efficientlyThis position is ideal for an experienced labourer who is looking to advance their career within the construction/building sector.
Key responsibilities include:
General labouring tasks including load/unload materials, manual handling and demolitionMaintain a clean, organised and safe workSupport the set-up and pack-up of siteAssist the Site Manager, Safety Supervisor and Sub-Contractors by responding promptly to requests and adapting to changing project requirementsOperate various hand and power toolsFollowing all health and safety protocols and contributing to a safe working environment
This role involves perform physically demanding tasks such as heavy repetitive lifting, bending, kneeling and working outdoors in varying conditions.

Role RequirementsPrevious labouring or construction experience (or similar)Construction Industry White CardCurrent driver's licence and access to a reliable vehiclePhysically capable of undertaking manual workEWP & Telle Handler licences are highly desirable.
As our people are required to attend government, health and education facilities and construction sites, it is a condition of employment for this role, that the ability to pass a pre-employment medical and background Police and Working with Children checks are adhered to.
