ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a varied, hands-on role spanning brand, digital, print, proposals, campaigns, large-format signage and event graphics.
You'll work closely with our Marketing, Sales and Design teams to turn ideas into polished creative outcomes—often seeing your work produced at a significant scale.
AI is becoming an important part of how we work.
We're looking for someone who is already using, or genuinely excited to explore, AI-assisted design tools for concept development, image generation, visualisation, content adaptation and more efficient creative workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design marketing campaigns, sales collateral, proposals and tender documents
Create content for social media, websites, email and digital advertising
Design large-format signage, exhibition graphics and branded environments
Develop concepts, mock-ups and visualisations
Prepare artwork for print, signage and production
Use AI tools to accelerate ideation,



generate and refine visuals, create variations and improve workflow efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams, printers and production suppliers
Maintain brand consistency across all creative work
ABOUT YOU
You'll thrive in this role if you are:
A strong conceptual thinker with a keen eye for detail
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) – 3D tools are a bonus
Excited about emerging technologies, including AI-assisted design tools
Skilled at managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams and taking briefs from stakeholders
Enthusiastic about the events and exhibitions industry, with a flexible, hands-on approach
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years' experience in a Graphic Design role (in-house or agency)
Experience with large-format signage or event graphics is a bonus
Knowledge of pre-press and production requirements for print and fabrication
Interest in learning and leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency
