Leading Worker Civil Services
Salary Range - $87,269 - $89,115 plus superannuation (depending on skills and experience)
As part of the Civil Services team, you will provide day-to-day leadership and support in the delivery of capital and maintenance works for the City of Mitcham.




You will be responsible for guiding and coordinating work crews, promoting and monitoring safe work practices, and ensuring works are completed efficiently, professionally and to the required quality, service and safety standards.
Civil Services Team Member
Salary Range - $81,189 - $85,234 plus superannuation (depending on skills and experience)
As part of the Civil Services team, this role supports the delivery of exciting capital and important maintenance works for the City of Mitcham.
The position works across all areas of civil works to ensure work outcomes and standards are achieved and maintained professionally and efficiently.
You will deliver service levels in line with City of Mitcham's Streetscapes Operations Strategy whilst adhering to appropriate safe work practices, procedures, standards and timeframes.
Trainee Civil Services
Salary Range - $78,775 plus superannuation
As part of the Civil Services team, as a trainee, you will be supported to develop the skills, knowledge and experience required to have a fulfilling career in civil infrastructure in local government.
The position will assist with the delivery of capital and maintenance works for the City of Mitcham under guidance and supervision, while learning safe work practices, operational procedures and required standards to contribute to professional, efficient and high-quality work outcomes.
