Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in Personnel & Payroll, with construction industry experience is a must.
• Excellent experience with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Solid analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Key Responsibilities:- Manage all personnel activities in compliance with the Egyptian Labor Lawand Social Insurance regulations.
-Oversee monthly payroll processing, attendance, overtime, deductions, and final settlements.
-Supervise the personnel and payroll team while ensuring process efficiency.
