We are seeking a Casual Medical Support Administrator to join our team at the Oakden Medical Centre in Hillcrest, SA and Paradise, SA.
This is a casual role, offering flexible working arrangements to support the needs of our busy medical practice.
What you'll be doing
Providing administrative support to our team of medical professionals
Assisting with patient bookings, scheduling, and appointment management
Managing medical records and documentation in accordance with policy and regulations
Handling patient inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
Supporting the coordination of medical supplies and equipment
Medicare billing
What we're looking for
Relevant experience in a medical administration or healthcare support role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in using medical software and electronic record systems
A flexible and adaptable approach to work
