The suitable candidate will be;
Presentable
Proactive in their approach
Highly motivated and can work autonomously Enthusiastic, passionate, and keen aptitude to learn
Have demonstrable persuasion, negotiation skills and communication skills
Willing to develop sales acquisition – outbound calling, lead generation, business development and building rapport with a client base
Results and customer service focused, driven to succeed and wanting to develop a career.
Business mindset and strategist
A pure go getter, Hunter mentality with a mix of farming.
Solution based selling mentality.
(Mandatory)
Exposure/Experience in the Transport and Logistics Industry with a sound understanding of their requirements/existing network to hit the ground running.

Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm however, this is a critical sales and development role therefore the requirement is to be on the road (F2F) 80% of your working week.
