GOVERNANCE SUPPORT OFFICER
The Shire of Gnowangerup is seeking a diligent and detail-orientedGovernance Support Officerto join our Administration team.
This analytical role is responsible for providing administrative and governance support to the Shire Council, and involves the preparation of agendas and minutes, coordination of Council events and preparation for Council meetings.

About the Role
You will be responsible for:
Ensuring an effective system is in place to monitor and assess action items and outcomes from Council and internal meetings.
Preparing agendas and minutes for Council and Committee meetings.
Preparing agendas for MANEX (Managers and Executives Meeting).
Maintaining statutory registers, delegations register and minutes register.
Coordinating the preparation, design, and publication of the Shire's Annual Report, including content development, stakeholder liaison, compliance with statutory requirements,
and final production.
Providing support for governance processes associated with property disposals and other statutory obligations.
Other duties as directed by the CEO and Senior Executive Assistant and Governance Officer
